I just sold another domain for $ 45.0 ! I bought it for $ 20.0 about a week back and was a bit lucky to find a quick buyer for it. Usually it takes months to find a right buyer and right price for a domain. But this time it was quick :)
I think one of the best way to double your investment is to put in in domain. I have around 50 domains right now and I have already covered their price by selling less than 20 of them. The remaining 30 should get sold within a couple of months and whatever I make from here will be profit :)
Do anyone know a better way to invest? If so, pls suggest cause I will have some cash in hand in the coming days !

You can list it for free at Sedo. If its sold they charge 10 % commission on sale. You can also sell it independently in many free forums.

I research on them, some niche pay well. Its like you buy 50 good ones, half of them gets sold at a price that covers there fees, rest is profit. It may take a few months to do this though... its a gamble, but a well calculated one :)

I'd recommend adding some content to those domain names that you're sitting on waiting to sell. This will help to build the value of it. This is what I do. If interested in more details just add me and shoot me a message.

I understood you. However, selling them as website is a different things all together. I specialize in domain selling and would like to capitalize in it. Developing a website requires some investment and more patience.. not for me ! I am happy making quick bucks , lesser but quicker :)
All the best to you for your ventures :)

Sure I can help. You would need to keep yourself alert and keep learning. Others can teach, but you gotta learn yourself :)

That is cool that domain flipping is working for you. I have a question for you. I am making my own website. If I pick a domain and want to change it later to something else. Can I sell my original domain to someone else that I made?

You can sell any doamin. If it has content then you can sell it as a complete website. Its all about finding a buyer for it ! YOu can also set a redirect of it to your new website so that you dont loose your loyal users.
All the best :)
