People posting same topic in Discussions more than once in a short period ?

I noticed that sombody in a matter of minutes had posted the same question three different times. Do you think that this should be allowed? Why or why not? I feel like it shouldn't be allowed. I understand people wanting a response but give it time rather them reposting and reposting.

I am pretty sure that myLot admin is able to identify multiple posting of a discussion just as they are able to evaluate posts/discussions if these are compliant with the set guidelines.

Ok. I was just asking because I've seen it a few times now. I wasn't sure how the site went about it.
I feel like it should all be fair and reposting the same topic multiple times is in a way cheating if you read between the lines. Not that I don't want anybody to have some kind of uperhand. I'm not concerned in that nature. Just wondering how people had felt about it. :)
