When your content is new, the search engines display it prominently, and people who search for a keyword will read the articles. After that, the articles are re-rank according to certain formulas, and unless you can meet the requirements to keep the articles on the top page of search results, you are not going to get much traffic. I think your articles may not even get traffic from search engines, as you are apparently very new to article writing. Most of us who write for a long time know that 10 articles are too little. Even a hundred articles are not enough. You need a bulk of 500 articles to earn a decent amount. I think you can check out Ezinearticles, a free article directory, to see how many articles the top writers have. Each has more than 24,000 articles. Even the top writers in Associated Content have more than 3000 articles.

I have never heard it before. I am a member of Triond and Helium. Triond's minimum payment is only 0.5 dollar, which means i can get my payment every month, while Helium need a much high amount to asking for payment. I will try to have a see later about the website you mentioned.

I haven't heard of this specific website but I am on another writing website that sounds very similar, you get a bonus every time you write an article which is about 10 cents, at least to begin with. So if you write 10 articles and they all get accepted then total you would make a dollar. I've been using it more recently but still I'm having trouble coming up with things people want to read, and I only have about 6 articles published.

I am there and now earn 1.50 usd more...I was not active there but i try to do visit and share my articles..The views will not always be the same,it depends on the people views and for me i just leave it there and more friends and share to get more..

I do not write for experts column, but have done similar sites. In addition to writing more articles, I think the next step for you is to find a way to promote your articles. Look for places on line where you can talk about your articles and even provide links. Maybe you have some friends that would like to check them out. This will get you more traffic. Obviously MyLot does not allow you to put links here, expect in your profile. You've got a good start - hope your income continues to grow.

hello I write for expertscolumn not as much as I used too. I am making some cents. I only have 4 articles up but I need to get back to doing that again. They seem to pay more per view than Triond and with triond new changes it harder to get views you need more of them to get .01 cent etc... Thanks for reminding me about them. Sincerely unique16
