Here are some specific emotions which weaken organs in our body.
* ANGER- weakens the liver.
* GRIEF- weakens the lungs.
* WORRY- weakens the stomach.
* STRESS- weakens the heart and brain.
* FEAR- weakens the kidneys.
Hope we'll learn something and I wish everyone is well.
So stay happy! Look good, feel good and do good.

Yeah, I believe those emotions can really affect our health. That is why in the society today, more and more people are getting sick on these body parts. One should always manage his or her emotion in order to keep a healthy body. It's not like having these kinds of emotions can help you solve the problem you are currently experiencing.

That's right. As far as we could, we should always try to manage our emotions because these may cause damages on our body. Think positive and live a healthy life.

You can always try to manage your emotions. Tell yourself that things is okay, worrying would not makes things better, being angry will only cause more conflict etc. As long as you take everything in your life easy, not to say that not to care but overly care will not bring you any good.

There's one point missing ^^
All negative emotions will drop the efficiency of your immune system.
Which means increased chance of general illness. (Such as flu and cough)

That's awesome information. I love self help and to think of this way and repair based on illnesses that's just how I like to do it.
I think that if you have thing's in your life that are cancerous and don't get rid of them that can cause you cancer. If you stress and worry about failure of your next school play where you play the leading role, your sure to break your arm or leg.
I don't know about you but when I am def. devestated with grief I have a hard time breathing. I also fear A LOT of thing's and suffer from what feels like Kidney pain and I've had more kidney stones then I can count.

Emotions certainly have positive and negative affects to one's health. All these emotions mentioned by you bring gradual negative impacts to heart. All these negative emotions bring uneasiness in sleeping. Absence of good sleep affects badly to anyone's health. On the other hand pleasant emotions bring good health to anyone.
