Hi there uramit2003! I think you just need those two along with you. "A person who brings on new ideas and is innovative" will bring you new ideas that you can use for like your team objective and not only that, people nowadays always like to get something new or to have something more advanced compared to other people. This kind of person would help you to have a competitive advantage over other teams. "A person who shows ownership and tales initiative to make sure that deliveries are met on the deadline" are very valuable people too. Human beings like us hate waiting really, more often than not, we like everything to go smooth and fast. So this kind of person in your team, will help to deliver those new ideas and new innovations at the right time.

Yah correct. But would you like to prefer one above the other or compare them while rating them?

Basically, leadership can be shown for allotted tasks and it is not mandatory that you always start with a fresh project
