Is it real?

I've read it too but I'm not sure it is true. If it is, how does it explain the women who have a boy and girl?

I have a boy.I don't think I'm strng enough .my friend has a daughter,she is powerful enough.It's not true.

Well,i also heard of this before, but i don't believe it. Hillary Rodham Clinton must a person with ambitions, but she got a girl. And i have a schoolmate, she is more ambitious than me, but she has a girl too.

I think this is a ole wive tale. I will wager that this does not always hold true. There are alot of such tales that aren't really true but do sound good.

In my case my mother has female friends that have almost the same name as her. My father is a first born and I'm a boy. I don't get why I'm male when my mother is so afraid of cockroaches.

That is just another misleading information. How can a woman attitude can determine your baby's gender. It is not logic and no scientifically proven. I do not believe in that.

Hi youless, Even nowadays where we have advanced so much in science and technology, there are people who still loves to welcome a baby boy to their homes instead of a baby girl. I'm no sure why this is so. Maybe it's because the boys are the ones who would carry the family name. Just like what the first poster had said, the father determines the gender of a child and the mother takes no part in it.
