I've managed to screw up Firefox on my Mac (again) but this time I can't sort it out. So I've decided to give Safari another go. Unfortunately, I can't import my bookmarks from FF (probably because of its fecked state), so I've been trying to remember sites I usually visit and search for them. Which is another feckin' thing! How do I add myLot search to my Safari searchbar? I've found how to do it for FF and for Opera (I think) but if anyone knows how to do it for Mac's Safari, it hasn't come up in my search.
(Btw, feckin' is Irish for a similar word. I've been reading the McCourts lately.)

You know I was thinking about a mac laptop. I think I will keep my windows.
I am getting to old to learn new stuff.
Politics is giving me a headache trying to decide who is running and who is leaving even before the election.
I could probably mess up a Mac on day one!
Hope you get yours figure out soon.

I got this Mac in 2005, I think. Hard to believe it's so "ancient"! I've started thinking about maybe getting an iPad.
(This is my second attempt to reply here. First time I got the "Must use standard punctuation, etc." message.

I can't run Chrome on my current Mac.
As for adding myLot search to FF searchbar, I forget exactly how to do it now, but if you search myLot discussions there's an older post by someone else that tells you how.
