We already exemplified how those Big Banks we used our tax money to bail out took advantage of us. They will never stop, and they will come out millions of those dirty trick to con us money. Recently, I read this complaint about this person, his name is Mike. Mike will pay off his credit card every month, and he make sure that he didn't owe any money to this credit card which is owned by one of those Big Banks before he go on this trip for 4 months. After he came back, a letter told him that he owe certain amount of money, which is imposed by the credit card incorrectly, some sort of maintenance fee that he didn't ask for of $7.00 per month. That really will hurt his credit score, and this fee became overdue. Now, he has to call their customer service, and demand to speak to the manager, but not much help you will expect from those banks.
Personally, I was hit by those maintenance fee before and I never ask for it. That is some dirty tricks to rip people off. What is the best way to advertised those dirty tricks from those big banks and credit cards? OCC.gov, or consumerreports.com would help?

You need to call up the credit card company and talk to them. A lot of people don't bother to call when there is a problem. You'd be surprised, some of the people you talk to are nice, and will help you, er, I mean Mike. The number will be on the credit card statement, best of luck to you.

For me yes it is a big bad to the person who invest it if they don't like it.

The only thing worse than the big banks is the government. It is obama and his government that gave away the taxpayer money to the banks. That is called stealing. And how could you expect the banks not to use the free handouts?
All kinds of businesses, including banks, are driven by greed. They are all in it for the money. But the consumer often has a choice with businesses. The taxpayer has no choice as obama forces us to turn over our money. A corrupt government is every bit as evil as any business ever has been. That includes everyone of the smooth talkin' and lying politicians!
All through the land Americans have lived a nice life because of the opportunities given by the greedy businesses. For working, tax paying Americans, the government only takes.

I have been to. But when I got the letter I called them and told them I would cancel the card if they charged me this..and they said they'd wave it for a year. They don't want you to pay the card off...cause if you do, they don't make any money (in the way of interest). I had a card with a $2500 credit limit on it. I didn't use it much, keeping it for emergencies and not spending what I dont' have and all that responsible stuff. Got my statement one day and it showed the credit limit was lowered to $500! I called them and after a long conversation...me getting very annoyed that they'd do this to a responsible person...was told that basically...they gave it to me, and I didn't use it, so they took it back! I finally made this statement to the person and she paused and searched for a come-back..but couldn't as that is exactly what had happened! They said they'd run my credit and see if I merit my limit to go back up and I said no, no hits on my FICO and I'll just get a larger balance from another place. Which I did. So, they'll dish it out as long as people will take it. They tired to monthly service fee on checking accounts recently and the people spoke and they had to take it back...more people need to speak up more often!
