What is Standard International Shipping?

Last November 28, I ordered makeups through online. I'm in the Philippines and my ordered products are from San Francisco, Ca. The web page says, to provide the most affordable shipping internationally, they only use standard shipping and non-trackable shipping. May I know what is the "standard international shipping"? I'm quite uneasy now because its already ten (10) days have passed since it was shipped. Thanks!
