Yesterday I seen on TV one man caught with 550 ml of cobra venom and 6 rare turtles were found in Delhi , India. The turtles were of rare species Chitra Indica Siberian turtles and are worth millions of dollars in the international market.
According to the news channel the venom was going to be used with drugs for intemperance. To get these much venom they needed to kill 150-200 cobra snakes.
This is such a ridiculous thing how can people be so cruel.

I really do love animals and I eat a vegan diet. I like my life to be cruelty free. The man caught with cobra venom and rare turtles was sick. I don't know how anyone could be so cruel and nasty. Killing 150 to 200 cobras to get 550ml of cobra venom is horrible. The man should go to jail for the rest of his life. I hate it when a person illegally imports rare animals to get millions of dollars. I believe in protecting endangered species.

I don't agree with abuse and cruelty such as killing a lot of snakes in order to get the venom out of them. Yes, people can become cruel sometimes especially when they are desperate to find a cure for their disease in this case, to find the venom.
I think these people are doing it not because they wanted to help the nation so much. Their intention is more towards getting a lot of profits because the venom is definitely very expensive! They can easily make quick money by simply selling the venom to people who really need it desperately, and since they are desperate they don't care how much it costs.
Sad but life is that way sometimes. As much as I want to put a stop to it, there is nothing much I can do about it.

I think we should do EVERYTHING to keep endangered animals safe and well keep animals safe in general. On the other hand some people might be forced to capture rare species and kill or sell them to get money for their family, it's tragic but true.

Wow, I don't like cobras because they kill instantaneously , but killing that many seem to be a massacre for me. And turtles as we know it are coming to a near extinction, why do they have to be so cruel to animals? what if they were the ones treated like them, would they feel happy about it?
They should find these culprits and bring them to justice
