Innocent babies are being punished...

Sorry but its NOT that simple..and not all abortions are because of "oops" moments..Mine wasnt! We WERE careless I'll admit that HOWEVER we talked and decided to go through with the preg then life took a vicious, horrible turn and we had to make the hard decision to abort. and like its been mentioned, what about in cases of rape or incest etc?

It's a LOT more complicated than that. How much would an unwanted baby suffer if it was brought to term? What about cases of pregnancy after abuse, rape, etc? What about babies that are damaged during pregnancy? What about pregnancies in underaged women? And that's just the tip of the iceberg.

Well, how to say these people, i can only call them irresponsible people. They just care about their enjoy and happiness. Some just kill a baby they don't want before it is born, while others though don't kill the baby and bring it into the world, but don't care about it at all. They may just throw some foods to him or her, don't give out love and provide education. The latter is no more good than the former. I think as a human being, we should be responsible, especially to our own babies. If you are not ready for it, then you should take some measure to prevent. If it really comes, then you should try to accept it, and give out love and take the duty of a parent.

This is a very complicated situation and decision. Whoever did such thing has reason/good enough to do this crime. I never agree with this action- but we should listen first before judging.

I pity those unwanted babies who were aborted by their careless and irresponsible parents. What they always think about is pleasure! They don't think of the possible consequences if they every engaged to it.

I really hate people who do abortion because It really hurt to lost your own child some of them also become crazy when they lost their child and also others doing lot of hospital treatment just to have their child and those people that doing the bad thing like abortion, they are really bad people because they are killing the precious gift of God to us and its like killing their self because babies is also came from their parents blood and flesh and also God creations.

Birth control is available but no form of it is 100% effective. I have a friend that used an oral form of it and her boyfriend used a barrier form. She still managed to get pregnant and had to leave her university course. She got married to her boyfriend. They weren't planning to have a baby but she still happened. She doesn't believe in abortion but some other ladies in that situation do. I wouldn't ever have an abortion because it is killing an innocent baby. The later in the pregnancy an abortion happens the worse it is. An abortion pill is available up to 9 weeks pregnancy and after that is would be a surgical killing in a horrible event called an abortion. Abortion is permitted up to 24 weeks pregnancy in my home country. Shockingly I was offered an abortion due to my baby being disabled. I said no way and he is now a happy little 4 year old boy. I believe that adoption can save an unwanted baby. A pregnancy can be a surprise and then the lady can get used to being a mom.

Let us thank Heaven and our parents who gave us a chance to be born and experience this life. Yes today millions of the children are killed because of selfishness. But even they do that act even for the genuine reasons I have seen them repenting all the time and suffering. When ever they come across some genuine principles, their conscience will haunt them. However we may justify our actions, after all there is one inner conscience, even though we may try to supress it and justify our actions loudly and repeatedly to convince that voice will ever remind us.

hi jadoixa, It depends upon the situation I do believe that no one has the right to take anyone's life but there are situation that they need to abort the baby. But the intentional abortion because of unwanted pregnancy is not good at all. happy mylotting

The child of importance know that people who has no child but they not know who has child. I also not understand if the couples not wants child then why born him/her and send so far from them. Why small child punished by their parents. I hate those parents who do this type of activity. I love my child.

People can plan all they want and take all the preventative measures possible to prevent pregnancy. The thing is, those measures can fail. And the thing is, a lot of people are completely unaware of the methods to prevent pregnancy and a lot of people go through life thinking abstinence is the only way to go. Needless to say, that's not the way to go about educating people. Not all people who get an abortion do it because the pregnancy is unwanted. For some, it's because the pregnancy is life-threatening for either mother or potential child or both. Other people get abortions because, frankly, they aren't ready - they don't have the money or the resources to take care of a child and they know it, and I think it's better for them to be fully prepared and able to take care of a child before they have one and bring one up in an environment that will make the kid miserable. Before anyone counters with the argument of "there's always adoption!", that's not a good option at all. Kids are lost in the system everyday. In the US, I know it's a fact that if the kid isn't white, chances of adoption go down dramatically. If the kid's got a disability, well, chances are even less. Over the age of seven? Good luck finding people who will adopt someone that old.

My opinion on this issue is responsibility.if couples don't want a baby,they can do the security measures,so as not pregnant.Doing the security is the responsibility.if no baby st all,there's on one will be punished
