Finding a good rate of LR & Alertpay - paypal exchanger

Any trust-able LR and Alertpay exhanger?
As i have much much in LR and Alertpay,
I am not able to transfer them to my bank.
I suppose to exchange them to my paypal.
I have been cheated when i exchange my egold long time ago.
Hence, would like to ask advice for exchanger.
