how to upload profile pic???

hey guys i tried my best to find the option of profile pic,but i didn't find it anywhere......but i found the option of my photo....but i have not upload it as i think it will not be my add as my profile pic......
please frnds tell me how you add ur profile pic.....

Go to preferences. Its located at the top most left part of this page.
Under preferences page, you may go to your account information and other links where you can add information about you as well as adding your profile picture.
