Pattison hurts the Kiwis in the second Test as Aussies take charge!!

James Pattison followed up an excellent first test by claiming 5 more wickets to bowl out the Kiwis for 150 in the first innings of the second test. Aussies took charge of the second test on Day 1 by bowling the kiwis cheaply with only Brownlie putting up any sort of resistance. In reply Aussies managed to end the day at 12 for 1 with Chris Martin getting Phil Hughes early. Looks like another easy win for the Aussies. Cheers! Ram

Kiwis neither have the skill not the temperament to play test cricket, and with form they displayed from last couple of years, it was unlikely that they can upset even a young Aussie team.Good for Pattinson but he will be judged on his bowling against top quality sides just like Ashwin cant be judged according to his performance against WI who are clueless against spin.

Yes, Pattison's real test would be the series against India. But I think he has all the qualities to hurt India. He gets steepling bounce, but we need to see how he comes up against the Seh Whack treatment of bowling!! Cheers! Ram

ya Aus is palying some good cricket. this new bowler Pattison is doing well, India should make some strategies to play him. Looks like this test will be easily won by aus.

I think this lad is very good. He gets steepling bounce. He is also well built so that gives him the confidence to bowl long spells with good pace. I think he can be one bowler who can hurt us. Cheers! Ram
