I wonder if my question is grammatically correct...
Anyway, what I want for everyone to discuss here is everything they can say about their Christmas this year. I'll go first.
I can't really say much right now, since it's early December. The activities usually begin around december 20 and beyond. Right now, I just got back from a party. Games were held, food was served and we danced to the beat of the music a band was playing. It was a party were no alcohol was provided, because it was held in a building set for a religious group. Drinking was forbidden there, but that did not stop everyone from dancing and singing like they were drunk anyway.
Hopefully, more people will invite me to their parties so that i could eat for free... i mean, so that we can all have fun together and enjoy the holidays with our friends and family!!!
so tell me about your Christmas this year!

We are getting her a phoo bear for Christmas this year. A lot of other people bought stuff so we are going light on gifts this year. That and with the news of a new baby need to save a bit more money now.

my christmas so far is going ok. i've got a lot of presents for a lot of people.. still have a few to get but still waiting patiently for pay day lol! i've got some good presents for my other half so i'm happy about that. i got her a £30 voucher for build a bear.. and then bought a little batman [she loves batman] outfit for her build a bear, because they have actually stopped making them, so i had to pay big money for it on ebay!
but yeah.. apart from the fact my puppy wrecked the bottom of my christmas tree, my christmas preparing is going ok :)

haha, thanks chicks. I was actually in a bad mood before the party begun. I don't know why, I just felt so out of place all of a sudden and i wanted to go home so bad. Good thing I didn't, I was held back mostly because I don't want to waste my meal stub LOL, but I wanted to seriously have fun and dispose of my bad mood.
Wow, you sure planned it all out, chicks. Wish I had money to buy other people too. So that I can shop and buy gifts for everyone.
hehe, merry christmas then. And your puppy, I can tell it's celebrating in its own way

I wont be feeling the same way because Christmas here to where I am is not obviously celebrated. I really miss the Christmas celebration in my country and at the same time the time I have with my family. I miss them so much that I cannot do anything yet to take a vacation, if I will, I will be so happy to be with my loved ones.
I don't even have presents to wrap here. I am just thankful and happy of the great blessing I have from God which is my son and for me, even without seeing physical Christmas decors, carols and such, at least I have the reason to be happy for the real meaning of Christmas is because of Christ who came to save the lost.

Christmas, upon hearing that word, would immediately conjure images of christmas lights, christmas trees and gifts. People are usually too hypnotized by these pleasant things that they forget the true meaning.
I would rather think that Christmas, the time to appreciate what our Lord has blessed us with, should be celebrated everyday.

We are taking it easy this year. We have cut back on the decorations (and the electric bill) and did not hang outside lights. We used credit card points to go to Phoenix to visit my inlaws. We are going to go biking, hang out by the heated pool, and decorate a cactus(I will take pictures). My hubby has a work party, but it will just be a group going out for dinner.

This Christmas is going to be very difficult. We are struggling with money and we have 9 nieces and nephews along with our own two kids. My brother - in - law just got hurt at work and will be out of work for at least 4 months. They have three kids and they are not going to have a good Christmas unless we help make it happen.
we are trying our best to make everyone have a merry Christmas but I think this year we are really gonna have to go back to the real meaning of Christmas!

That is a lot to take, I hope you all will have a happy Christmas anyway though it might not be one of those expense-ful parties and gifts. kinda reminds me of the movie 'the grinch' ^_^

This is the first Christmas that I won't have any Christmas parties to go to. Last year, I went to 2 parties and had some happy moments with friends. This Christmas I believe that I will be spending it alone most probably in front of the computer myLotting or if my boss should decide to give me some work then I will just have to spend Christmas earning some more bucks. I actually had plans of going out of town for Christmas but I changed my mind at the last moment because the funds were not enough. Though I would be expecting some big earnings from online jobs before Christmas,I have plans of using it for some gifts and something for myself rather than spend it traveling. Being alone for Christmas may also give the chance to do the house cleaning in preparation for New Year. I am not so much into celebrating Christmas because I am not in the right mood for some fun but being in solitude does not mean I am sad. I am happy being alone as long as I have my online friends to talk to.

Not a bad idea, yahnee! How about inviting some friends over to your home sometimes? Not for a big party, of course, not necessarily. You can call it a little get together between you and your friends.

I think I will do my revision most of the time during my christmas holiday as my exam is after christmas. I might be going out with my friends for some days. Some of the christmas event for myself have already started. I had just gone to a chritmas market in london with my friends on Wed and will be going to a christmas dinner with my schoolmates tomorrow and singing carols on Sun. Should be having a lot of fun this weekend though it will cost quite a lot.

Very busy you are, indeed. Wish I could sing carols too, i'm so bad at singing, birds would die when they hear me.
In that case, forget about the cost(no matter how high the costs are) and enjoy yourselves!

Hello there!
It's quite funny. We just had our early Christmas party last night. It was so great that all of the tenants in our apartment participated in our annual gatherings. For me, I think Christmas is a time for families and friends to spend time together. The gifts don't really count but being with each other is more than enough. I must say that this season has just started. Parties will occupy my weekends in the following weeks. This Christmas, I will will be spending it with my mama and papa. They live alone in my hometown and I don't get much time to see them because of work.
I hope that people out there would give importance to this chance in a year to have a quality time with family.

That would be a lonely way to spend Christmas, watching TV all the time. It's a perfect time to be out and about, partying, enjoying your time with your loved ones.
Well, since you are still at the planning stage, you might as well schedule a time to hang out with the people you love or even plan a party to invite everyone over!
Merry Christmas!

My Christmas is not too good this year. Nothing specific, it just seems darker somehow. Of course, New Years will be much better. I'm starting on my resolutions now. New Years is always positive for me. Everything's so shiny. :-)
