Hi friends, In todays world , we all thrive to have contact with all our friends, throughout the world. In internet, facebook remains the No1 social networking sites till today, mostly 99% of the people use it. Do u like to use any other sites for sites for keeping in touch with friends? Or you like only facebook? If so do u have any reason, why and which made you to stick to facebook most?

I frequently use Facebook because this is the only network that my friend uses too. I also use this to do some forum with a group of blogger to have an exchange comment, reviews and bookmarking to other social network. I find it also helpful the linkedin, which some of my classmates that haven't use FB uses it and automatically reach each other to meet there.

Since Facebook and Twitter are banned here. So I think the most social networking here is Weibo. I like to use it to keep with my friends and exchange the news. It is a website which is similar with Twitter. I love China

I only use facebook since most of my friends use facebook. Some of them use other sites too but I feel like it is just too much to use other social networking sites and it gets too repetitive. I'm pretty satisfied with facebook so I don't see a reason why I would switch to a different site.

Hi krtworldwide, I like facebook but I must also let it be known that I am a senior adult and really don't be on there all the time...I post jokes everyday but thats it..I use to be on there more regular but since they changed the format I am not that fond of it and its just not the same. I use to think that adults were crazy to be on the social networks but neeedless to say I stand corrected..But I don't know 500 people and I don't need to have that many friends If I don't know you ,don't waste your time by requesting me I will not confirm....and yes people do request you even tho they don't really know you.

I didn't like Facebook at first. I liked Multiply because I loved dressing up my profile page with pretty backgrounds which is something you can't do on Facebook, but all my family and friends left Multiply and went on to Facebook. There was no left for me to stay in contact with, so I left too and started using Facebook. Slowly Facebook is starting to grow on me. Still miss those pretty background themes though ... LOL

Hello KRTworldwide, Honestly, I rarely open facebook anymore, unless I want to email my friends and relatives abroad and if I need to do tasks that involve facebook liking Is a blogsite considered a networking site? Because way back in 2003, I used to have a Xanga account where I had so many friends. I used that site to update my status and see my friends' blogs for their updated statuses as well

I am in Facebook because most of my friends are in there. I will only join other similar sites if my friends has done the same. As I am not a really active poster there, I am only in there to keep up with my friends. While I am always amused by things that my friends posted, I am amazed by some of the posts that I think is intimate and private. I don't understand why can they be so open with their lives. We must know that not all of the friends we added there are really close ones. Although Facebook has improved its privacy settings, I think most users have not taken the trouble to re-set. It is potentially a security risk to expose yourself that way. We must know who our readers are when we post something in Facebook.

I also use Facebook to interact with friends especially those in the faraway places that makes physical interaction quite impossible. I have friends in Greece,Vietnam and UK that I am in constant communication with through chatting. Most of my other friends in Facebook are former co-employees from my previous company that I no longer see. We just keep in touch with posted pictures or messages. Facebook has really enriched our lives because of the ability to have communication with friends without the accompany expense if we were to call through long distance or overseas calls. i am not yet into Twitter because of the lack of time. Another valuable means of communication is my mobile phone for all my local friends in the country. Communication has certainly been enhanced by the different technological inventions that have enriched our lives. It is just too sad that sometimes social networking sites are hacked and scammed by unscrupulous individuals who don't give a care.

Often times I use Facebook as my way of communication as well to my friends and relatives. Most of them are part of that social networking, so no other choice to make but just stick to such site. :-)
