It's 600 light miles away, so we won't be going there any time soon. NASA says it's possibly inhabitable, but they don't know enough about it yet. It's "probably" inhabitable - that's a scientific probability, not a casual one. That means that there are more indications for the possibility than not, but it doesn't mean that the question is settled.
We need oxygen, water, dry land and sunshine, basically. They don't know if all of those things are present or in what quantities or qualities. I'm sure they'll be trying to find out all they can, though.

I had also heard about this from news, which sustains life. If the factors affecting things like water, oxygen amd other things are there why can't life sustains. There is no much information about the existance of life. Let's watch and see.

There will series of tests to be conducted therein if they believe that it is a habitable planet for the earthpeople.
As always, no government will allow their populace to travel to another planet without knowing much what to expect in that new environment. Things will have to be put in place to secure the lives of the first settlers who will be selected carefully from out of thousands of applicants.
Perhaps it is high time to deploy some people elsewhere. The world has become overpopulated already. However, it is doubtful that earthpeople will survive in another environment other than that of planet earth.
