how to verify paypal with out credit card

Hello guys i have a problem on my paypal account i need to verify it but when i click get verify it is asking for credit card please help how to verify it i have no credit card i have only bank account(debit).

you can do it through a bank account too, thats if you have one. all they do is deposit two amounts in to you bank that is less then $1 and then you just keep checking your bank statements until you see the money from paypal and then you can varify your account.
