Does alertpay charge any fees for transaction of money carried out by it? If it is so and I am sure that everybody is aware that it is actually so, is there any minimum or maximum amount of fees charged by it or does the fee charged by it depend totally on the amount of money transacted by it that is to say whether or not a fixed percentage of the total amount of money transacted is deducted at source and the rate of deduction varies according to the total amount of money transacted each time?

$20 is quite a hefty sum of a charge. I hope to see it lowered considerably.
This is because, I am thinking in line of some considerations like we get to be credited our mylot earnings at $10. Most of us do not even reach this much each month. This means that Indians who only do mylot online, cannot just simply enjoy their mylot earnings, as soon as, the amount is credited to their alertpay accounts.

I think a charge of $20 is absurd as most of the online earnings are much less in amount. So nobody will agree to pay such a fee after so much hard labour for earning a meagre amount.

As I remember, paying by credit card or check shall cost less charge, perhaps it is about USD5. However, these widraw methods are not available in Alertpay for quite a long time. So you can only withdraw and transfer your money by bank wire but it costs USD15 which is quite expensive. This is why I don't like Alertpay because I don't understand why other withdraw methods has been unavailable for such a long time.
I love China

If I want to invest the amount in my alertpay account to some where online, would I have to pay a fee for it?

Not all transactions have charges. There are some which are free of charge. For those types of transactions which are charged some fees, they usually vary with the amount which is being processed.
