In the past months, there were riots from the police officer who had killed a man in Tottenham. There were many riots as they were stealing, battering and torturing people in the United Kingdom. It was a real shock to David Cameroon, and as it carried on to a period of time, he decided to use the water cannons and ''Rubber bullets'' despite using these it didn't stop, there was a huge fire in Nottingham, and many shops were vandalised. In Manchester, Town, many youths aged 8-16 went there with balacalvas and some even had guns. However, the biggest riot was in Tottenham, as it all kicked off there, it was very hard to stop these youths, and many were saying the army should come in. I would not say the army would come in, because at the time they were at Afghanistan fighting for there lives, so they didn't have time for stupid kids on loose in these cities. After shocking weeks, of torturing, stealing etc it all stopped, all the kids have been caught I presume, and they all had faced many trials and some faced Life in prison.
Please reply on this! Its shocking...

I am from UK but I have seen the photos, videos and has about read some information about the London riots. I don't think it was a protest against the shooting of that person in Tottenham. This unrest was the voice of the youth who were disgruntled by the way the economy is going including the perceived discrimination against some of the colored people in UK. What went wrong was the fact that some took this as an opportunity to get the things they craved for but could not afford by looting the electronic shops and the other stores. The intensity of the riots must have led these youth and some of the not so young to destroy and burn some of the buildings which were once landmarks of the city. The police were unable to stop them due to the enormous number of the rioters and the police were not fully equipped for this purpose. It was indeed a shock to the world that the riots remained unstopped and uncontrolled for a few days. Now that peace has reigned all over again in London, the government must study the reasons behind the riots because incarcerating the provocateurs is not the solution. When people are idle and discontented with their lives, then they have time to think of negative thoughts and certainly trouble. The Olympics will be held in a few months and I just hope it wouldn't be marred by another series of unrest.

Those thugs and gangsters are not afraid of rubber bullets, they are counting on those lazy cops don't have the common sense to shoot them with live fire, that is why they continue to loot, burn and steal from London city right in front of camera and broad day light during their crime spree. They are buring those cars and shoplots while the london Bobby look on with no reaction, can you really blame them for continuing their rampage again.
