Few health tips.
If you are facing pimples problem. Just take a little cooking soda powder and add little few drops of water to make paste and apply.
Or else take disprin or asprin tablets. make powder. make paste by adding little water. apply it. keep for 15 min..
To loose weight drink warm water with rocksalt and honey added to it. daily in the morning.
Tulsi leaves (holy basil leaves) acts as antiboitic. Every day eating 5 leaves keeps healthy. particularly children.. As they are affected quickly to fever, cold and cough.
To increase your hemoglobin eat small piece of jaggery. Or dates 3 pcs, or ground nuts. Dates are considered to be highest fiber food..
Drink lots and lots of water. On empty stomach drinking water dilutes acid released in liver and will not harm your body..
Water throws away virus, bacteria, urea, etc. from your body..
your skin looks healthy.
drinking bottle gourd juice daily one glass keeps you away from blockages in heart. Its good for heart, obesity.. and for total health of the body.
Drinking fruit juice is of waste. Body needs fiber food. And we remove fiber from fruits and drink waste water. Please eat fruits instead of juice.
Eating guava leaves reduces your sugar levels. Urine infection problems are removed.
Applying aloe vera fluid on the burnt marks or scar marks will clear.
Drinking glass of warm water will keep your digestive system clean..
applying good sandal powder on your head will heal your headache.
Do yoga regularly or exercise..
