Dear friends, I am here to tell the story of a dear friend of mine who for years spent the summer in a quiet village, but now unfortunately can not do anymore.
A good friend of mine named Angelo, had found to rent a nice house in a village called Pareto, in the mountains, in the province of Alessandria (Piemonte, Italy).
He had made ??an agreement with the owners that he could easily spend three months every summer, in peace and serenity, away from the hustle of the metropolis.
So he has done for several years and in that very quiet, has found time to write a book, (which will soon succeed to publish).
Pareto is a small village that has few inhabitants, there are two churches, a restaurant and some shops, in essence there is enough to be able to live.
Yesterday was unfortunately the bad news. He said that the owners need to move to housing, then to Angelo to do is take away from his bags and give them a final farewell to "his" house of Pareto.
He also reported that he also will try to find another accommodation possibly in the vicinity, provided that it is a little far from the city, but still did not design anything on this.
What impressed me most about him was when I said: "Things change in life, nothing is forever."
My answer was: "Well if really have to change things, we must hope that they change always for the better."

I have always been looking forward to find a quiet place similar to your friend.
but just as you said,i was busy hustling everyday because everything gets much more expensive day by day.
what amazing life if i have a quiet holiday of three months,it is just a dream for me now....

Well, you know that my friend very much regret having to leave that place in the tranquility. But he also realizes that things change. however, he does not give in and try to find another similar accommodation.

hi alberello, that place sounds lovely to rest and relaxation.
I am not sure what happen with the owner moving to housing,"then
to Angelo to do is take away from his bags and give them a final
farewell to "his" house of Pareto." sorry just didn't understand
that part of your post..
But you are certainly correct we alway want any changes made in
our lives to be a better change...We as human being really don't
adjust well to change most ot the time good or bad...
Hope your friend finds another home where he can live as well
as he was in Pareto...
