I have been blogging for a year now and have been a good reader and follower in some of other blogs. My sentiments are what will you feel if you comment on other blog but the owner don't mind it or ignoring it. I sometimes do this on my old post but I am only commenting on those blog that has been updated recently.

Well, if I would be the reader, I would not bother returning to that site anymore. peace :)
Anyway, as the owner of our blog, we are responsible to catering the comments and suggestions of our reader; commenting back. This is what we call, engagement. If we do this thing, our reader will be have the sense of belonging and attention. They will surely come back for more.
