Do you travel during Christmas? Is it a must to travel for you. To me it's not, I miss all my family, but they're in different states, but I still call them and wish them a merry x-mas

My mom and myself usually go over to my sister's house. My mom drives over there in ten minutes and I walk there in five minutes. My sister lives with her husband and four children. Twice before I have been on a long trip lasting months and have been overseas at Christmas time. I spent Christmas day in Queensland in Australia. We left Brisbane on Christmas Eve and drove up towards Cairns. On Christmas Day we stopped off for a swim on Sarina Beach. It was lovely to swim in the crystal clear water that was delightfully warm. I was aware it was stinging box jellyfish season so I wore a pair of tights to protect myself. We arrived in Cairns on Boxing Day and stayed there until early January. The other time I was in the Bay Islands and on Christmas Day I went on a Dolphin watching trip. On New Year's Eve I went on a trip up the Ninety Mile Beach up to New Zealand's most Northern lighthouse. Then on New Year's Day I caught a bus to the oldest town in New Zealand where I did a walk along the river. If I can depart on 30th November 2012 or in early December I am hoping for a trip overseas. I would like to spend Christmas Day 2012 abroad. I would like to be in Sydney my favorite city for fireworks in the harbor on New Year's Eve. I would like to do one stopover in Bangkok on my way out there and another place on my return.

All my family is near my home so I just have to ask in which of my daughters´ house are we going to get together for Christmas. This year we´ll be at my youngest daughter´s because she has a new baby. Sofía is I year and 3 months old so it will be her first real Christmas. The tree had to be put over a table as Sofía started to take the ornaments out as soon as they placed them in the tree. Merry Xmas bluegemini. Let´s hope that this is a good Xmas for geminis

I don't usually have the habit of traveling during Christmas. I usually just spend time at home with family. I live close by, which makes it easy to spend Christmas with my family. It also means that I don't need to travel to see family, or anything like that.
