My husband was having their Christmas Party last Saturday night, so, I was alone in our bedroom while I watched TV. I was watching a funny show, that I kept laughing out loud , by myself. I felt crazy, but I couldn’t help myself!
Had my husband been there and seen me laughing out loud, he would have tickled me , so I would laugh more.
Have you too experienced having to laugh out out by yourself guys ?

It's really a normal human nature to laugh even by ourselves, whenever we see a funny thing on TV.
But i haven't experienced crying after minutes of heavy laughing. I guess, my tear ducts aren't that active.

lol! my tear ducts are abnormally active!
i hate how active it is.
whenever i am happy or sad tears would just run without forcing it sometimes when i
watch drama series i would cry with the artists in the show. my mom would jokingly
tell me that i have a future of becoming a soap opera queen! lol!

Actually it's been a while since I had a laugh attack by myself. It was probably a few months back, my hubby was working a bit late, the children were already in bed and I was watching Jeff Dunham (a comedian) on Comedy Central and was I having a ball, I was laughing so hard I was practically crying at the same time. It actually felt so good to let go and laugh that way.

Yes, laughing even when alone can really lighten whatever load we have deep inside. It takes away whatever stresses we have. Most of all, we feel young when we are able to laugh so heartily!

yes I have done that, not often because I am not one to laugh a lot at tv shows but I have done it. I also cry when there is a sad tv show but only in private. I don;t like people to see me cry in public.

Indeed TV shows can elicit a lot of emotions in us, winterose. Should we want to laugh, we can watch those gag or funny shows. Should we cant to cry , then we can watch those soaps.

Yes I do most of the time. When I am watching a funny movie or shows in TV. It would always get the attention of my mom or my grandma, they thought I was on the phone with someone and laughing

It's really a nice feeling to be able to laugh even by ourselves enelym . And sometimes, when other would hear us, they would ask us what made us laugh , so they might join in the laughter too.
I think , we have to thank the television, for really keeping us entertained, even when we are just by ourselves.

Maybe you don't have the time and chance of seeing or hearing a funny thing by yourself alone, that's why you never get the chance to laugh out loud by yourself only.

I experienced laughing out loud when i talk over the pc, chatting with friends or with my hubby and i am all by myself. Sometimes i see my mother full of questions in her face while seeing me with such happiness. i remember also when i was on my review for board exam of my profession and i started to cry. My aunt call me crazy. because i am alone and no one bothers me.

When we are alone, we tend to free our emotions more easily. That's why funny or sad shows specially, makes us easily laugh or cry.
