This simple calorie counting formula is a sure way to lose 1 to 2lbs of fat for good
Just eat 10calories per pound (10Cal1Lbs=1 to 2lbs per week) Lets say your a 200lbs guy? so you only need to consume 200 calories a day! thats impossible you may say?
but heres a simple rule of the thumb todo so.... Keep away from Dense calories this are foods that are small in mass but high in calories like an M&M candy small candy But a huge daddy in calorie. all you need todo is make the right choice, heres an example 9 M&M candy's is = to 150CAL But 1 and a half apple also contains 150CAL So? what is the smart choice? i hoped you answered apple XD.. calories makes you fat.. our stomach do not care about calories tobe satisfied it cares about volume tobe filled 1 1/2 apple and 9 M&M candy has the same calorie amount but the apples are much feeling.. So stay away from calorie dense Foods and em braise quality complex, and high in fiber foods... Peace out.. remember 10 calories per 1LBS!! its not impossible you just have tobe smart..
