Telemarketers dilemma

I really hate telemarketers as well. And yes i find it hard to say no so sometimes i say yes and buy the things i dont really need. But lately i have been hanging up on them cause i can't say no and yes i feel bad when i do that. I dont know how to hanlde them other than put yourself on the no call list its a number you call but i forget the nuymber u call it and put in your home phone or cell phone number and they cant call you up to five yrs. i would do this again but i forget what the number is to call. and i think they get your name from computer or something as ivebeen told. soi guess for now we have to deal with telemarketers.
