Kate Somerville's EradiKate: Effective Acne Spot Treatment

So, my acne as been acting up again and none of my treatments have been working. I seemed to have in under control for awhile, but the treatments never got 100% of my acne and then it started flaring up again after my sleep schedule started going crazy. I've never actually had a spot treatment that worked particularly well, until this one. I bought Kate Somerville's Eradikate treatment, and it works the best out of anything I've used! It won't get rid of my acne in one night, but my pimples are significantly smaller and not nearly as swollen or inflamed the next morning. It's got a strong smell (it uses 10% sulfur and camphor among other things), but it's worth it to me. What about you myLotters - what's an effective acne spot treatment that you've used?
