making a good profit with domain flipping

have you know about domain flipping? i learned that it works the same way with house flipping. what you are going to do is to you buy a good cheap domain and sell it for profit.
do you have an experience with this? if we are going to engage in this kind of business. what are the qualifications or the requirements for you be successful in domain flipping? do you have a good experience with this?

I heard about this business about a couple of years ago but didn't try it out. I think it requires patient and can take long time for getting a sale.
Nevertheless I also own a couple of domain names and am looking to buy a couple more.
I am looking for a good domain name. Do you have some good domain names that will be suitable for a Social Networking site like facebook or can you suggest one.

Advice? I also need one. I want to buy domains and sell it for profit but i don't know how to make a website or making a website for my domain if i am going to buy one. and another thing you need to increase its value for you to make profit for it.
I am also looking into this kind of business and maybe i will look for a partner for this one.
