Hello mylotters friends, I am fond of eating ice cream and I would love to make it at home. However, I do not have the proper machine and equipment. Is there a way I can make ice cream without machines at home?

I've looked at it online too. There are recipes out there w/o machines, but I have not tried to make it yet. GL if you find something that works well do a discussion on it and let us know.

Thanks. I'll definitely share it when I get a good recipe that works.

hi there I make my own ice cream at home. All you need is a mixer and your freezer. You can buy premix ice cream powder and your favorite flavors at your grocery store. Then all you have to do is follow instructions.

I do think I have heard of a way to make it without a machine....you might have to do a search on the internet but I do think it's possible.

Well the key to having an ice cream is simply the continues movement of the ingredients to avoid the ice or crystal effect. In other words if you could find a way to make it move from time to time so as to prevent it from getting hard, then perhaps you would be able to come up with an ice cream. Well, I think there are a couple of ice cream makers available that are not that quite expensive. But of course you need to have a freezer to start up with.
