I have had some horrifying experience with Airline staff. here is a short list of them 1. Reaching the check-in counter early only to given some lame excuse and denied a seat on the aircraft 2. Paid extra money for extra kilos (20kgs more than allowed) only to find my baggage missing on arrival. 3. Checked in, went to the departure lounge only to find out air plane is delayed for 6hours and cant go out, worst of all during this six hour wait (with two small children) all we got from the airline staff was a bottle of mineral water. The above are a just few .. would like to hear from you all

I have experienced all you said, but at different times. The worst was many years ago when I flew with my 2 very small daughters for Christmas. We landed where we should, but our luggage went on to circle the globe. My youngest daughter was 3 yeares old and she had no underwear and all stores were closed. The airline did not answer either as most of the personnel was having their own Christmas. My mom has made them clothes as part of their Christmas presents, but we all had to wear my momĀ“s undies until our luggage came back.

I went to the check in desk and there wasn't a window seat available. My disappointment didn't last and I got a free upgrade into business class. My backpack had a priority sticker put on it. That was a happy experience. I can only afford to travel in economy class you see. My worst flight was due to turbulence in the air. It was London to Sfax via Tunis. I vomited and got severe ear pain. With all that upset I lost my airline ticket. It was amazing they let me come home again. I don't like long delays. The night of my flight to Cape Town there was fog in London. The airline had flown into Manchester and was late coming back down to London. All this led to a five hour delay. I was eighteen weeks pregnant and traveling with my disabled son. My flight was a disaster from start to end this year. I was traveling with my disabled son and my daughter. We had traveled to London the day before and stayed one night in a hotel in West London. It was raining for our journey to the airport. The plane sat on the ground with all its passengers seated with no word the plane took off. It arrived too late for my connection to Bogota. I felt upset, worried and desperate. Amazingly another airline felt sorry for us and let us go with them. We got the last two seats in economy and where the cabin crew usually sit were other passengers. It arrived close to midnight and surprisingly we missed our connection to the coast. After a confusing time with a language barrier we got given a hotel room. We got up at four to get ready for arrive at the domestic airport for a flight at eight. When we got to the coast our baggage was missing. Most of it arrived twenty four hours later but three items were never found. For my next trip I am going to travel lightly and take more essentials in my hand luggage. I was running out of catheters for my disabled son due to the delayed baggage. Again we will be flying via Madrid I can't help wondering what it will be like for our trip in March 2012.
