Getting back with and old love?

I not asking for advice, but stories of people who got back together, and lived happily ever after kinda stories. Say. You/or anyone you know have been together in some point in the past, and broke up. and after a long time, met again, and got back together and started a more stronger relationship. Do you know any?

i don't have an ex, but i have a friend which i really like in my freshmen days in university. we became friends and lost communication for about 6yrs out of 8 yrs of friendship. just on and off communication info with each other. Then one time we talk to each other and we knew that we have feelings. After then 4 yrs of being engaged we marry each other. now we are partners for life having 2 kids.

now that's a great story! Did you two ever expect that you two would fall in love with each other? Wow, If that had happened to me, it would be unbelievable. I might start contacting my old friends, haha.

No no.. because we are same like brothers.. hahaha and im one of them(falling inlove is secret). i was the only girl in the group and all the guys are saying we are traitor for loving each other when we confess. we are like siblings.. ha ha

Today is December 13 and the birthday of the first man I fell in love with when I was about 15 or 16 years old. In spite of the years, i often think of him with longing because the years apart have not erased the memories of that 1st love. I have searched for him on the social networking sites but he is nowhere around. It is not to rekindle the love we previously had for each other but just to know how he is. I know he has his own family that I just want to be friends with him since we parted as friends with no bad feelings for each other.

No I don't know anyone. I only can tell you I started 3 times all over again with an ex and it was 3 times a big disaster. So I will never give an ex again a 2nd chance.
