in this generation, your practical exam was hi-tech...you can now assemble and disassemble you system unit using the cisco...yeah that's good but not good enough to prepare the students on how to assemble and disassemble a unit in real life...hohohoho...very fascinating way of teaching huh...

Surely, it will make the learning process easier and cheaper..
Imagine when we don't have emulator and simulator such as Cisco or so. Wow, the learning process will be a lot more expensive! Thanks to technology :)
But you are right. Emulator and simulator isn't enough to master something. Similar with flight simulator - someone may control the airplane perfectly in simulator, but the real life would be much different. Especially: in terms of the feel..
Still, the simulators are great helps!
