How to gain weight

Hi, friends I want to gain weight As I have only 35 kg weight, I need to gain 10 kg more,
what should i take in my diet so that i can gain more weight, one problem is that i take much tension about any thing and think so much so that I do not take my meals on time and another thing I do not know with which type of meal I can gain more weight. mostly people wants to lose their weight and there are few people who needs to gain.

Hi ritika!
Many people go for work outs in gyms to reduced their weight. Many approach weight reducing clinics to reduce their weight and spend thousands of Rupees.
You are lucky that you do not need to spend that much amount to reduce your weight, as you are already slim.
When you know that getting tense could create problems for you, what makes you to go tense. You should take every situation as it comes.
You see there are some matters in life, which are beyond our control so you could avoid thinking about those issues.
The issues which could be resolved by taking some action, should be acted upon immediately, instead of keeping those issues pending.
You could include some rich diet (which contains fats)and milk and milk products. You could also take take banana in fruits. Banana if mixed with milk (say as a milk shake) will surely increase your weight, if you take it regularly. You could go for fried snacks and burgers and pizzas etc., if you feel like (which others are asked not to take).
It is also important that you take your meals in time and do not skip any of your milk.

Thanks for the suggestions, but i can not leave thinking on because these are the matter of income and i am not getting any work to do at home. I can not go out for job as I have three year old son.
I am searching work to do at home and not finding any on net.
This is the big issue and problem in these days.
That's why I do not take meal on time and can not stay relaxed.

You need to worry so much. Worrying won't help. Keep searching for new avenues on the net. Nonetheless, mylotting is one of the best options to earn money.

Exercise will help you to gain weight naturally. If you do that atleast for 30mins thrice a week and eat foods 6-8x a day that produce a high calories . I'm sure it will help you to gain weight. And you should sleep atleast 6-8hrs at night. Gaining weight is not easy for those people who are lack of it. But me that's my problem it easy for me to gain weight. I hope you can gain weight and follow my advice.

For me gaining weight is much more easy than losing weight. But the concept is the same if you want lose and gain weight. Just balance diet, exercise and drink a lot of water. Don't skip on your meal. Sleep well with the average of 8 hours a day. Stay away for fats to avoid being obese. Fruits and vegetables has a big part of gaining weight. Don't stress your self. Think positive.

Eat right and exercise...Yeah I know, that sounds more for someone trying to loss weight, but if you eat right, (you don't want to put junk food in your body, though you may gain weight, it isn't healthy weight)and exercise, especially weight training exercises are good for gaining weight, because muscle weighs more than fat..

I only seen a few who tell this but it has been said that you should gain weight by eating food in huge amounts then couple it with extended period of sleep and do it until you gain weight.

Hello friends,I introduce my weight is 75KG,mygod so fat.I think you can eat something after 20:00 everyday,but dont eat sweets since it can be damanged your teeth.Another is when you eat your lunch,dinner,do not exercise just seat or sleeping.I think you will be fat but take care of your health.The best season you want to gain weight is winter.In winter I think you will be less excesice and eat more.Just mine fat suggestion.:)
