Do you know what to do if someone is having a seizure?

My dear friend has epilepsy, and occasionally will have a seizure. You wouldn't believe how people react. Most people are shocked by what is going on, some want to call an ambulance, some want to jam something in his mouth. He has been robbed while having a seizure, it's awful. I want to know if you know what to do. Do you have the proper first aid knowledge to help someone in need?

Danger I cant do anything because I am worry if they apply on me then haha...but try to take the seizure from their hand. But I confused you are telling seizure related to delivery or seizure like (kaichi).

I know it sounds harsh to say this but I am glad I don't know anything about first aid, the reason behind this, is if you slip up or do something wrong, however minor you could actually be sued! So the good samaritan turns up and helps the person in need and they don't do something right they could be held accountable for their actions! Does that sound fair? I would call a paramadic if I saw someone in need but I certainly wouldn't know what to do.

Yes I have humans and animals. But I don't think there is a need for everyone to have it. Mostly we do what we have to do by instinct. Personally I think there is nothing wrong by calling an ambulance since if you get a seizure you can harm yourself as well by accident.
That people are shocked is not strange to me either. Most people are and it will take some time to start reacting. But robbing. This is one of the worst things one can do. I have no respect for that!

Some people would know if they are about to have seizure. Tell your friend to inform you or someone else when he's about to go on seizure. It is alright to place padded tongue depressors inside his mouth as long as he is not on seizure yet. This can protect his teeth and tongue. If the seizure has already started, it would be best if you just unbutton everything that he's wearing so as not to occlude his airway and place him on a stable surface (floor), lying down with head facing the side to prevent his secretions from pooling in his mouth. You also have to tell everyone that they don't have to worry. If it reoccurs, it is best to call an ambulance.
