There are manmade toxins and toxins that foods have. I have found out that my stomach does not like dry beans. The sheel is toxic and tough for me. some people are allergic to some food, specially seafood. Fruits and vegetables are sprayed with pesticides. Although pesticides are less harmfull to men now, still they are not the same as organic grown veggies.

often times we are unaware that the food we are taking in our body is bad and contains toxins that are extremely harmful to our health. one way of countering the effects of toxins from the food we eat is to drink lactobacillus. in the U.S. there is now available chewable lactobacillus tablets. here in the Philippines we have drinks that contain lactobacillus.
have you heard of lactobacillus plikwatulimo?

Oh yeah, unless one grows his or her own food, store bought food more than likely has toxins in it. That is why it is important to watch what we eat and occasionally flush out the toxins from our body..

It's good for rural people who can raise their own food plants, animals and fowls because they'll be eating less of toxins if at all than by their city counterparts who have no other choice but to buy fruits, meat and other grocery products which growth, development and maturity are hastened by the application fertilizer and pesticides. Does this mean city dwellers span of life are shorter than farm dwellers?

Well, do you mean artificially added toxins - chemical sprays and additives - or the naturally occuring toxins that are mostly in small amounts in a lot of foods? Some toxins that occur naturally are easily dealt with by the body but a few people will have allergic reactions. You can also build up an intolerance to some foods over time.

Hi Plikwatulimo,
First of all, check this out; it is just for you

You have correctly pointed out that the food we eat in our daily life contains toxins. There are different ways in which these toxins enters into our food chain.
Most important passage they get in our body is through the chemical fertilizers which the farmers use to increase the production of their crops. They do not use organic fertilizers which are not harmful in anyway, instead they use chemical fertilizers which get accumulated in the crops, plants, fruits, and vegetables which we eat.
They also use these harmful chemicals for early ripening of fruits and vegetable, which get stored in those raw food materials which we eat in our daily life and thus these chemicals get entry into our body.
These chemicals are very harmful for our body, especially liver and kidneys as these organs are responsible for detoxification of our body. Any foreign material, even medicine is removed by these organs from our body. So, these toxins cause burden to these organs and they work more and get damaged.
It is not a fact that these chemicals are present in vegetarian foods....when milch animals like cows and buffaloes eat those plants, these chemicals get entry in their body and thus they come into our body through those dairy products.
Through food the chicken and other poultry birds eat, they ultimately enters into our body after we have eaten non-veg products. Same is the case with other meat products...
It is really very concerning and a global issue which needs proper attention, but who care (at least at present )
I am very thankful to you that you have put forward this issue, and hope that other myLotters will enquire before purchasing these food materials whether any chemical was used in their production or not
