Success is hard work, but if you are up for it, you go! Think big and dream big in order to align yourself with your goals. Stick on what you want if you've got your heart sick on it.Besides, you can start over if it doesn't work out. And most importantly, half the fun of life is the journey not the destination.Whether you succeed a hundred percent or not, you'd have given it the whole shot.

Yeah.. that's why we should accept every opportunities coming in our way and believe we can do it. Sometimes the discouragement and insults make us stronger than before.

Other than hard work, we need to have the opportunities, knowledge and experience. If we just depend on our hard work in order to success, I personally think the chances to success will be very slim. Never have high expectation which is beyond our capability too. After putting our best effort in whatever we are doing, we shall not regret and start blaming ourselves even though the result is not as fruitful as we want to.
