Oh yes, I like all three of those songs. I especially like "What a wonderful world!" It's so pretty, and just has a soothing sound to it. Listening to all these old songs makes me feel so at peace. Thank you for reminding me of the past top 100's.

Hello fitriadi21, Yes I too love to hear songs and music, specially old music which are actual masterpieces.Old people were so honest with whatever they did. They use to make the music from their hearts, the melody came from emotions , the lyrics came from poetic thoughts, the whole song was created so wonderfully and gave so much peace of mind and heart. Such music can never die , it is always evergreen and will be heard and enjoyed by all today and also tomorrow by coming generations. Music is our best friend.

Yeah there are many old songs that are connected to the childhood I had and the good old school times. They were amazing and if I had a chance to live them again I would in a heartbeat. Anyway those songs, some makes me sad, some gets me nostalgic but they are wonderful memories.

Now a days I also used to hear old Malayalam musics especially the devotional songs. I love them much and more. They get inside my heart. I feel very good when I hear the old songs, especially old Krishna songs. Old film songs also attracts me and I used to hear them during my sleep ?
Do you used to old devotional songs ? What is your opinion on it ?

I like listening to old songs as well. Some of the old songs really hit me on the right spot sometimes. You just get to lay back, listen to this old songs and really just enjoy.
I was a hater of old songs before because I thought of it as old fashion, out off date, and doesn't suit my style. But when I was already on OJT at sea, I was mixed with people older than me and during drinking sessions on parties they would sing these old songs from the 80s and 90s and they were good at it. they we would go and continue and sing karaoke afterwards and it really changed me alot.
Now I listen to them every sunday like my dad :)

I've heard those songs already. I really like old songs and my favorite singer is Celine Dion. I think old songs helps us think deeply and brings us back to the happy times of our lives. I really loved to listen old songs because I feel different. When I have problems or I'm not feeling well, I used to listen old songs and it helps me relieve the pain inside me. It is great.

old songs isn't bad...in fact those old songs turn me so emotional, happy, and loved...it's not because of the forte of the song, but with the lyrics too...other says that old songs are boring...they only say that cause they can't appreciate the message..some does not have that good lyrics but has a very good style that people can sing along with it...i am a music lover, i do get bored in some old songs but i liked almost all of the old songs...hehe...

Yes, this has always been the case with me too. I grew up during the 60s when the Beatles first made it big and whenever I heard a Beatles song I am reminded of those crazy days of adolesence. Being once a professional musician, I am particularly in tune with the different years that songs came out and my memory is instantly transported back to the times when the old songs were popular. I guess that must be the same for all music-lovers.. A powerful and strange thing is music. _Derek

There is just really something about the classics that just put a smile to my face. Granted, there are still music here and there that I might find rather decent. However, I rather find that a lot of music might seem to be rather manufactured and rather just all hype and really no substance. Perhaps I am just jaded about a lot of things in life.
Still when I listen to the hits of the 1980s or whatever, that is just music. That really is music, something that is going to bring a rather great smile to my face, something that is going to just bring me rather joy, to bring me to a new comfort level. You can't really beat the classics, although I shudder to think of a time where some of the music being put out today would be considered classic.

I love that songs u mentioned too. Actually i love a lot of old songs and i think the songs really can bring peace to mind when we listen to it. Sometime i think old songs still better than new songs because the music is mellow and make me feels calm when hear it.
