How boring, emptying the email every day !

Dear friends, I am writing to tell you what happens to me every day when I access my main personal email box.
As soon as I open it only in the morning I find at least a dozen e-mails, mostly spam or advertisements.
It would very soon to select all and delete them at once, but between them there is the danger that maybe there is something important that I can not certainly run the risk of being lost.
I do not use any program to manage my mail, but I go directly on the site, so for me it is impossible to activate an anti-spam, because there are not allowed.
And so, day after day I lose a lot of time reading the senders, filtering out only the important messages.
At one time I was using Outlook Express, but now that I installed on my pc "Windows 7 Starter," this program no longer exists.
However there is another for this operating system program for the management of the mail but I, after trying it, I realized that I am not comfortable with that.

Rather than Outlook Express, I suggest you to open email in YahooMail or GMail. These are more comfortable. 
You can filter all emails that you received so you can make it automatically separated into different folders.
Say, you are receiving email notifications from myLot, then you can filter it according to the sender, and then all email that you receive from myLot will be go into separate folders.. :)
Similar with this, by doing so, you can separate your "important" emails from spam emails..

No friend, you think wrong. I use my main email from my provider Fastweb Italy.

I am using yahoo mail for my personal use. In yahoo mail there is an option of bulk mail. Only mails that are from your contacts will come in your mail box. All other mails will directly go to Bulk Mail Folder. If you check your bulk mail and find that some mail was important, you have an option to mark it as "not spam", then next time you will get it in your Inbox.And vise-versa if unwanted mails come in inbox sometimes, you can just mark it "spam" once and next time it will not come in your Inbox. In my office we use Outlook Express and there I too have the same problem but I already know which are useless mails, so I just delete them quickly without opening them.

Well to be honest even I once had an account on Yahoo. I was very interested in the services offered on site.
But now it's been a long time since my last visit, so I think that it has been permanently removed or at least locked.

I know what you mean every day when I get up to check my email there is always over 200 emails! It is so annoying!

Dear love, then I should feel lucky to receive only a few dozen messages a day!
If I like you will receive about 200, "I'd shoot" directly!

I also used to have a lot of junk mails than the important ones. I don't know this junks comes to my mail ID because of this simple reason I don't like to look or visit the mails. Mostly I used to delete the most of the mails by using mark all option and just looking whether there is any important mails by looking it's subject. If I feel that they are a mere waste I just delete them.
Can anyone help me to stop getting junk mails ?

The last hope for us that we have not installed any anti-spam, I know that it directly to block senders "boring and repetitive" with their spam emails.
In this way, they can no longer interact with us.

hi friend,i have faced the problems up to now,I feeling unhappy about this,If anybody can email me not adversiment,I think i will not have this feeling.so I choose other email to use.I feel more confortable when i use this one.that's prove choose is very important thing in our life.

What you say is correct, in fact with those providers would be equipped with an anti-spam that I would save a lot of work.
But you must know that my provider (Fastweb Italy) in their site has not yet uploaded an antispam.
However recently I opened a gmail account, because I bought an Android smartphone.
