Why do Masterchef Judges bounce on the balls of their feet?

Have you noticed this peculiar trait of the judges: They bounce on the balls of their feet while critiquing the contestants and fold their hands? George Calombaris (Masterchef Australia - Short bald Guy), Gordon Ramsy (Masterchef Usa - Badass one) and a judge of Masterchef India does that. Do you wonder why?

Must just be a habit when they are thinking. Maybe just a coincidence that they all do it :) I think a lot of times the judges are thinking hard of what to say or how to describe the meal.
