I've read that research ahs found that bullying victims are more at risk of childhood and long-term anxiety and depression. In addition it can lower their academic achievements and performance. It can make them less able to develop intelligence. Children have reported in surveys that they find it difficult to work in schools when they're having to cope with bullying or have been upset by it. When people are feeling emotional, its difficult for them to think clearly. Thats the effect of being bullied.
On the other hand, how BULLIES' lives can be damaged if they don't stop bullying??

Unfortunately the schools can do nothing to put a stop to bullying so bullies will always come out on top forcing the ones that get bullied to fail in school or to leave school altogether. I was bullied very badly in school, so I started cutting classes just to avoid going to school. It got so bad that I finally had enough & quit when I was 16 years old. Ever since then I've had to deal with anxiety & depression. Recently in the news a teenage boy took his own life on account of bullies. Parents can no longer feel safe in sending their kids to school so more & more of them have decided to home school their children.

I was also bullied when I was young and it caused me low self-esteem. But I believe karma does exist because the person who bullied me is now in jail for having a very serious offense which is theft and attempted murder..I now tried my best to overcome low sdelf confidence. It just up to you whether to move on and dont let anyone step on you. or you just stay in the corner and let other people step on you again and again.
