Is it true that going to bed on an empty stomach will help boost your metabolism?

No it might just make you hungrier in the morning and maybe make your blood sugar go way down, I wouldn't suggest it if it's avoidable.

I don't think is truth I think we have to eat three hours before going to bed. so don't go hungry, that doesn't help with sleep or losing weight. I agree and know that but sometimes I'm having a hectic day and then I get home and realize that I'm so tired I should go to bed but I'm also pretty hungry so should I eat and try to keep myself up or just not eat and go to bed.

I have never heard of this but I will be interested to see if it is true, I am not sure I would be able to get to sleep with an enpty stomach, I would probably sleep walk to the fridge.

A good kick in the behind will get you started in the morning, and if everything isn't perfect just bang your head on the wall. ( the best thing about this is - Its going to feel so good when you stop!)

I don't think so. Whenever I sleep without eating any food at night, I can't sleep well and I feel hungry twice than before... I'll get up in the midnight and look for something to eat. What a bad habit it is! Whereas, I know that eating at midnight will make fat fast. In my opinion, it is about the time in consuming the food and the kinds of foods eaten. I was used to eat 3 times a day, I'll have my dinner at 5 up to 7 p.m. It makes my stomach feel good, don't feel too full or empty. I can sleep well on those both condition. My sister ever said that if I didnt have my dinner, it will make my biody doesn't have enrgy to do metabolism process. That's me
