Uhm? I think it's because your hard drive is incorrectly installed.. What did you do with your desktop recently anyway? Have you ever installed new hard drive, delete/create new partition, or so?

Then maybe it's because of hard drive failure.. But first of all, try to check your hard drive - whether all cables had properly installed. If nothing works, try to replace the hard disk..

PXE (Preboot Execution Environment) Boot area is made by Intel. PXE allows a workstation to boot using the network interface before booting from local storage device operating system such as hard disk. What cause it ? Hard disk boot failure in the case of PXE can occur for several reason. The most common reason is physical damage to the hard disk because the hard disk is damage or data cable or socket is not connected properly. This error can also occur if the computer tries to boot from the device and cannot find the necessary boot files. Error can also arise because the BIOS (Basic Input Output System) is wrong or faulty setting in the CMOS (Complementary Metal Oxide Semiconductor. Diagnose the failure, please check cable : Open the hard disk and reinstall it properly then check the BIOS and setting to default to be safe.
