Meaning of Life?

Why do you think that there is no meaning in life? What has happened in your life that makes things look so hopeless?

Life is beautiful. You may be experiencing some battles, and you may be very confused right now - we all do not know what it is you are going through but i am sure that if you lean on friends, and talk to God and ask him to help you - he will send people to comfort you and you will never feel alone. I hope you feel better and I hope that you are not going to do something that will ultimately end your life, and make the people who love you suffer in pain.

Would you be willing to learn about how wrong kind of food affects our brain. I have learned to eat better and am much happier when I keep to it. When I ate wrong kind of food, I felt more depressed. You also need good company, someone you can talke to, maybe a person that is elder and can give good advice. Why not see if you can do something good to a person who needs help? That is the most efficient cure against depression. The Great Teacher, Jesus showed that prayer can help: "Keep on asking, and you will receive what you ask for. Keep on seeking, and you will find. Keep on knocking, and the door will be opened to you. 8 For everyone who asks, receives. Everyone who seeks, finds. And to everyone who knocks, the door will be opened." Matthew 7:7,8 (New Living Translation)

To me the meaning of life means live it your fullest do things that will make you happy be with the people you lobe and that bring you great joy.
