WE are finally gett ing to move into our new house.
taking so long SIne Sept.
FIrst we had to clean it up get paint that they threw on floors sink and spray painted every thing even the stove frige and midro wave blue and pink got that done then we painted our rooms the colors we wanted while setting here waiting to sign loan papers.
Finally owner decided to let us rent to own till we sign the papers.
Have been told we get these other paper work over to them they should be able to work on it real fast
SO I will be off line from tonight till sometime tomorrow as haveing to switch cable to the new house
SO if y amiss me thats what is happening

Yup we had a great Xmas and got in the house 7 days beforee and had it all fixed up for when SOn got here from Tenn for him a big surprize!

GREAT! So you finally get to move into your new house? How cool!! Glad to hear it is finally happening for you. Rent to own is good. Glad he would work with you like that. Paperwork is such a hassle isn't it? Christmas will good for everyone at your house. Yahoo!

Almost reminds me of the situation we went thru with getting our house as to not getting paperwork done quick enough. But at least we have been in our house over 2 yrs. now. Now we wish that we were rich enough to redo the carpet making it all wood look, and repaint, etc. We also need a New refridgerator really bad before ours goes out. But having a place you really want is surely worth it.

WE had to pull up carpet and we put tile in I put carpet in the roo m I have an d we had to get rid of paint that the renters had thrown around get pool fixed all kind of thing to pass inspection cost to me around $10,000 maybe more but we are in it now with the pool still needing to be fix grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr ubut working on it

How nice that you get to move before Christmas and choose the colors you want for your rooms. Be careful moving and do not hurt yourself.

yup and we have 9 years of stuff to move ya ought to see my room right now piled with studff I had in my closet aT OTHER PLACE THEY DONT KNOW HOW i GOT IT AL IN THRE LOLOL thINK i HAVE TO BUY A SMALL SHED JUST FOR MY STUFF WELL SOME OF ITS MY MOM AND DADS WHAT i GOT FROM THEM!oops sorry about caps
