I have never buy a traditional clothes for myself, but I did bought the Chinese traditional clothes for my kids. They really look nice on it. . There are not many people are wearing a Chinese traditional wear here, but they mostly only wear it during certain occasion like Chinese New Year or during wedding ceremony. If we are going to wear it in the normal day, you will feel that thousands of eyes are staring at you...people will find it weired and funny to see people wear like that, and they might though that there are people making movie.

really depends on how often do you get to use them.. these clothes may probably be expensive, like the kimono.. and buying them just as mere collection - will not happen with me and my budget.. if we really need to wear them for any occasion - it would probably be a lot easier to go for rental...

I love to buy traditional clothes from other countries if I can afford them. I have beautiful embroidered dresses from Mexico and Ecuador and a dress from Paraguay and a sort of kimono a friend brought me from Japan. I would love to have a sari and any other ethnic clothes.
I not only buy them, but I wear them

I cherish them! I would love to have the beautiful attires that people from the other side of the world have, but I have never been there as it´s too expensive. I took my mexican dress to Aruba one of the times I was there and wore it to a mexican party. The mariachis asked me to sing with them

Yes, I dream of buying an Indian saree.I always wanted to see myself wearing an Indian or a Pakistani female traditional clothes. In some special occasion we love to see ourselves in other countries outfit.I see some chinese ladies who also wear their clothes very nice and graceful looks. The Japanese lady clothes are also attractive and glamorous.

Only if I can use them. The clothes you are mentioning are not really the kind I can wear in a cold country. I had a kimono for years, who knows I will buy one, one day again to wear inside the house (on pajama days or so)

One Christmas I was bought an unsual gift of a sarong, it was all the age with David Beckham modelling them I guess he made them popular? Not sure where the sarong originated from. I think I wore it once, it looked awful on me, I ended up giving it to charity. I prefer to wear casual like jeans and t-shirt. I am not fashion conscious and certainly not adventurous when it comes to wearing different clothes.

Yes I would love to buy traditional clothes as long as I can afford one. Because some traditional clothes are a bit expensive like the ones we have here in my country. But if I buy one from another country I don't think I can wear them outside. I can just keep or wear them in appropriate event. Sometimes in Christmas parties they would ask to wear costumes.

Hi,i think it is fun to try other country's traditional clothes once for a while. Of course, i will wear these clothes while i am travelling in those countries. Because i think it will let me look a little strange if nobody wear the same kind of clothes. But you know what, i think i won't try those arabian clothes, because i will find hard to breath in it.

I have had a lot of western clothes and i revel in it. But when some festivals come, i would love to be in Indian attire. But in India apart from women, men are seldom seen in their own traditional dress.
Indians are more comfortable in Western dress and carry that in style and panache.
