Call center agent is the most popular job in the call center. but do you guys know other jobs that have a higher salary. I heard if one is a CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Administrator), he will have a high salary. Some job positions I know are network administators, associate software engineer and technical support. Yes there many jobs for IT professions, but what are the jobs one can apply for?

CCNA is Cisco Certified Network Associate, not Administrator. It's the second level of Cisco certifications and specialises in one of several networking areas (security, voice, wireless, etc.). Cisco certifications are tough, I used to work for them and looked at some of their courses: they're not easy. Even the basic "boot camp" one takes six months, if I remember correctly. At the top level, the CCDE and CCIE certifications (and their new CCAr level which is even higher), the salaries are immense. The people who hold those qualifications are frighteningly smart, experienced and valuable. As for other, non-certified jobs, there are thousands. Helpdesk, hardware and software experts, installers, system designers, programmers, developers, graphic designers, testers, database designers, database analysts, security people, networking professionals, quality assurance, testers, admins, business intelligence, report designers and dozens more.

Thanks for correcting me. I really know it's Cisco Certified Network Associate but too much thinking made me make some errors. Cisco exams are really hard. The CCIE and CCDE must be really be geniuses. They are very techie guys. Thousands of non-certified jobs? That's many but there is a very huge salary when it comes to jobs with certifications.

Certification can indeed mean a LOT more money. Then again, I'm not certified on anything at all and have been in some very well-paid jobs. Experience, knowledge and flexibility can be worth a lot more to employers than a piece of paper.

Besides call center, well you can opt to be an analyst... most people who graduated IE, i have known have good paying and really fulfilling jobs. And, FYI.. not all call center pays well nowadays, most companies would just stick with the basic salary they say they can only afford... there are not much perks anymore, anyway.. =(

Id prefer business than jobs, be the boss, than to have a boss be in your own time and pace rather than mandated hours per day, and most of all the potential of earning big rather than fixed income...
