Are you thankful for your life? Have you given up?

My dear friends, have you ever wondered about other people who are suffering to survive? It is very sad to see them have to face their journey where the road is under construction. I guess that is life. Life goes ups and downs. Sometime life is unfair. But, we have to used to it. I remembered there was a time when my friend, his father and I visited a small village. We stay in a poor famer's house, near a forest in Indonesia. By the way, his father is very wealthy. After the visit his father as my friend Father: How was the trip? Son: Oh it was very interesting, dad Father: Do you know how the way poor people live, son? Son: Yes, dad Father: So, what have you learnt from this trip? Son: I learnt.... We have 1 dog that help us to guard our house, while they have 4 dogs for hunting. We have a small swimming pool, while they own the river. We have lightings to help us to see in our garden, while they have stars that shine at night. We have a small land to live, while they live together with nature. We have maids that serve us, while they live to serve other people. We have fences at our house to protect us, while they have their friends to protect each other His father and I was stunt in total silence. My friend added " Thanks dad, you have showed how poor we are" Isn't it an incredible point of view? If you think you have a very bad life, compare it with other people. I am sure there are people who suffer more than you but still fighting for lives. So, I think we should be thankful for what we have. Also, don't every give up on every we want to achieve.
