Quick answer: no.
Longer answer: online earning tends to take a while to "ramp up" (as the marketing folks say). You can make a few dollars a week with tasking sites (Microworkers, MTurk, minifreelance, etc.) from the get-go but a lot of online income needs background stuff set up first.
For example, you can earn more from tasking if you have social media profiles set up (with decent following), blogs and so on. You can earn from your own sites, but it takes time. You can earn from freelancing but getting the first job often takes a while because you have no feedback, etc.
Of course, the BEST time to start building all that stuff is NOW: the sooner you start, the sooner it can bring in extra cash.
