challenge to live healthy

Every person must have self-motivation, and most of us need positive reinforcement to continue to live a healthy life. Maybe we can wrote down every thing in paper to do plan accordingly, however really hard to start and even harder to maintain it.. For example, if you have habit to eat in the evening instead of dinner, meaning always consume snacks in tea time , just try the consumption of fresh fruits such as apples,pears or mangoes which are rich in fiber, this is to prevent hunger during Night. As we know, if we keep on eating again during dinner than anything could be dangerous for our health and this will make us difficult to stay healthy living..Then we must always remember to find any fresh ideas into your mind so that foster healthy living habits in you. How about you? How to face challenge of live healthier?

You are right. Now a days people are really fast and they don't care about their health. Eat right and do your exercise correctly to make your body fit.

I have learned to live a healthy life and that is a normal thing to me. Living unhealthy life is the abnormal thing to me and I can't possibly indulge in that kind of living. If others find it too hard to avoid unhealthy food, to me it is the other way around. It is too hard for me to touch unhealthy food. I've been really used to eating just healthy food and drinks and nothing more. Also, if to others having a daily exercise is too hard, to me just a day of missing my daily workout is just like making my day very incomplete. Exercising to me is already a forced of habit. If others could not kick off smoking and drinking and other vices, to me those are scary dreadful things that I did not even try tasting or doing. I know for a fact that we will all die no matter how healthy we may be but still I believe it is better to die healthy. It is my way of honoring God, my Creator. He created me to be healthy and wise so I would not want to get out of His will.

Hello omchesunche, I have always wanted to live a healthy lifestyle but I always fall out of my regimen! I once decided to eat at least one fruit a day but after several days of committing to it, I just eventually forgot the habit. I also did that when I told myself that I will drink at least 8 glasses of water every day, I also forgot the habit and went back to drinking sodas and coffee most of the time. Maybe you are right, I should write down the habits that I want to develop

Starting out is really the hardest part of something. For me, I make a mental picture of the man I want to become in the future and when I stray away from the healthy path I look at that picture again so that I will be inspired and not be tempted to eat junk foods and instead I'll do healthy things again.

I think that discipline and the balance are the keys to a healthy living. It is unhealthy to obsess over this issue. It is easier to find your inner balance and just go with the instinct. Use the self imposed discipline to get rid of bad habits.
